The latest blow to the free exchange of ideas in higher education is the establishment of snitching (“Snitches Get Sheepskins as Colleges Train Student Informants,” The Wall Street Journal, Apr. 7). Students are being encouraged to anonymously report their peers who violate campus orthodoxy.
