Diversity, equity and inclusion have permeated every institution in this country (“DEI at Law Schools Could Bring Down America,” The Wall Street Journal, Mar. 29). Until recently, law schools seemed to be immune. No longer, as events at Stanford demonstrated.
What the metamorphosis means in the long run is that the rule of law and inalienable rights will disappear. They will be replaced by DEI edicts. Law school graduates, who will one day be on the federal bench, will use their indoctrination to pass judgment on cases having enormous influence on the country.
